Apple Inc. is expected to launch the latest edition to the iPhone range next month. This year’s iPhone variants have held onto a lot attention for months now. Online talks about the product are surging. The company’s silence leaves fans with little choice, but to indulge in internet rumors and alleged leaks in order to get any information about the device.
One particular piece of iPhone 7 talk suggests that the series will acquire a larger, third sibling. Beyond the iPhone 7 Plus, those looking for a larger screen, more storage and an extra squeeze of battery juice, may be able to opt for the the iPhone 7 Pro.
Apple goes all Pro
The iPhone 7 Pro is the subject of two deviating reports. It was initially rumored that the new product would replace this year’s Plus edition. Instead of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, buyers could be choosing between the iPhone 7 and 7 Pro this September.
Other sources insist that the Plus version isn’t going anywhere though. It will instead be an additional gadget, dividing the 2016 iPhone series into 3 ranks. The iPhone 7 would naturally be the company’s entry-level handset. The iPhone 7 Plus would then act as Apple’s mid-level device, while the iPhone 7 Pro sits at the high-end product.
Some analysts state that Apple has interests in keeping both its handset products in par. Fans will remember that the iPad recently got a third sibling as well. The giant iPad Pro was rolled out several months back. It offers a range of high performance functions in excess to the the Mini and Air. It is also the largest and most premium iPad available today.
This take on the iPhone 7 Pro doesn’t seem too far-fetched. Regardless of which approach you take on the gadget though, it looks to be Apple Inc.’s largest iPhone ever. Like the iPad Pro, this greater, phablet edition will come as Apple’s most premium smartphone.
All-new Apple Range
The entry level iPhone 7 will be a conventional 4.7 inches, according to reports. The Plus would follow it with a 5.5-inch display. Finally, the third variant is said to be a bit bigger, but sources can’t settle on a particular screen size.
Rumors also suggest the iPhone 7 Pro will be a lot more compatible with Apple’s accessories. It is allegedly instiled with Apple Inc.’s smart-connector tech. This means it can take on accessories like Apple’s Pen and Keyboard. The device could be instilled with wireless charging and a dual-camera setup as well.
Basic enhancement this year include waterproofing and the removal of the audio jack. Finally, some sources refer to the device as the iPhone Plus Premium. Regardless of what it called, the prospect of this new device has iPhone fans eager to find out more about it.
The iPhone 7 range is expected to launch on week of September 12th. Apple Inc. is expected to open pre-orders a week before it rolls out in stores.
