Apple Inc. will not remove the 3.5mm headphone jack from the upcoming iPhone 7, according to the reports. The leaked images showed that the iPhone 7 will have a headphone jack. Dual SIM Phone

Rock Fix, a smartphone repair shop in Ganzhou, China, has recently posted images of alleged iPhone 7 components. The images show that the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 will maintain the headphone jack and will have a slot for a second SIM card. Additionally, leaked pictures show that the phone would come with dual-lens camera and an updated antenna compatible with Intel’s modem for the GSM models. The pictures also show that the iPhone 7 could come in a bigger size than the current models, with a 256GB version of the phone, Engadget reported.

“Other parts shown off by Rock Fix include some screen panels in the usual two sizes, some SanDisk memory chips of up to a whopping 256GB, plus a dual-lens camera for the larger model (hello, Huawei!). The shop owner also told us that there will be some changes to the antenna design, though he clarified that this won’t get rid of those antenna bands on the back of the phone; maybe it’s more to do with the rumored switch to Intel’s modem for the GSM models,” the publication reported.

Rumors had suggested that the 3.5mm headphone jack would be ditched for the sake of producing a thinner phone. To compensate, Apple was working to build on new wireless Beats headphones for the iPhone. However, it is unlikely that these audio pieces, capable of answering calls and prompting Siri, will come standard with the device.

Apple Inc. is expected to unveil the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in September. Rumors suggesting that the new iPhone will be similar to the iPhone 6s, but it may be a little thinner. According to the rumors, Apple will release four new models this year. In addition to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, a third new model will also make a debut at the company’s September event. The fourth model will arrive later this year. What makes the two new model different from the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus? We didn’t get an answer from the rumors mill. There are some reports that the third model’s camera technology will be dissimilar to what Apple offer in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Mobipicker website reported that Apple will launch three iPhone 7 models, including the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone 7 Pro.

Rumors have also suggested that Apple is also planning to introduce completely re-designed smartphones in 2017 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of iPhones.

Apple Starts iPhone 7 Production

Apple Inc. has reportedly begun manufacturing the iPhone 7. According to an article published on TrustedReviews.com, journalist Steve Hemmerstoffer recently claimed that Apple Inc. had started production of its iPhone 7 handset at the China based Pegatron factory. Pegatron is a Taiwanese company that manufactures a substantial proportion of Apple’s iPhones. Via a Tweet, Steve Hemmerstoffer claimed that only the 4.7” (not the 5.5” plus version) iPhone 7 will be produced at the Pegatron factory.
