AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) and Asustek Computer, Inc. (OTCMKTS:AKCPF) have made an exclusive deal to offer the new Asus MeMO Pad™ 7 LTE, with a contract to AT&T customers.
There a few purchase options that the companies are offering. The device is available, with 20 months instalments of $8.75 per month. Alternatively, you can make two year agreement and get the device for $74.99. Another well thought out plan is including a new or already existing value plans. For the postpaid option, there is no contact required. However, the device will cost about $174.99. AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) is offering the pre-paid service from $25 a month inclusive of 2GB o mobile data available.
Vibrant tablet screen
The tablet features HD IPS+ with a display angle of 178 degrees. The vibrant colors plus a wide angle display makes the device ideal for entertainment such as movies. The tablet is incorporated, with a 5MP back camera.
The device is also characterized, with anti-fingerprint coating. It is the first Asus tablet to come with an Intel processor; it is a 1.3 GHz quad-core Intel® Atom™. The operating system is Android KitKat (4.4.4). Combined with the powerful processor, this operating system, offers smooth performance with ease and speed.
Lightweight entertainment for AT&T Customers
The tablet also comes, with a standard 16GB of internal storage. This can be boosted up to 64GB with of external memory card space. Though the device is not as premium as some other devices in the market such as the Sony Z3 tablet, the company is happy to announce the tablet.
Asus claim that the tablet is designed mostly for entertainment purposes as well as supplementing fast LTE internet access where WIFI is not available. The ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE ranked with a rating of 3 out of 5 on AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T)’s eco-rating system.
