Here is what you can expect:

1) You may receive a phone call or e-mail to confirm that your interest in speaking with a financial adviser.

2) Based on your location, goals and portfolio, you will typically matched with two financial advisers. In a few cases, it will be one or three.

3) While this goes without saying, please keep in mind the financial advisers are small business people trying to provide a good service. If they are not the right fit for you, we would greatly appreciate it if you would still be courteous when you speak with them.
